Diabetes Clinic

Nurses Delia and Rosemary offer yearly, FREE, 20 minute Diabetes Nurse Clinic appointments at the Medical Centre.

These appointments cover all aspects of diabetes management including diet, exercise, medication reviews and foot checks. It is also an opportunity to talk through any questions/concerns and to check that all screening is up to date eg: blood tests, eye screening etc.

Anyone with diabetes can make an appointment by either phoning reception or emailing nurse@gbmc.co.nz (please specify that the appointment is for Diabetes Nurse Clinic).
