Our Nurse Practitioner Carole arranges the annual Diabetic Review for our Diabetic patients. She is doing this together with our

Health Coach Cosh. One of them will contact you to arrange blood tests and a time to come in for a review.

We are able to provide one free review per year. It is a 30minute appointment to check how everything is going followed by an appointment with Cosh to look at what we can do moving forward to support you.
